High-Performance Vacuum Ovens for Heat Treatment and Degassing
Voltriqs Tech Solution’s Vacuum Oven is designed for precise drying, degassing, and heat treatment of temperature-sensitive or oxidation-prone materials. With uniform heat distribution and a controlled vacuum environment, it ensures safe and efficient drying without thermal degradation. The corrosion-resistant stainless steel chamber, digital PID temperature controller, and vacuum gauge offer high reliability and user-friendly operation. Ideal for laboratories, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and material testing industries where contamination-free drying is essential.
CONSTRUCTION
- Double walled construction, inner chamber heavy gauge Stainless steel & Outside Casing Stainless steel or Mild steel powder coated.
- Tempered glass window on outer door for sample observation.
- Gap between the walls is filled with special grade mineral wool/Glass wool for proper insulation to avoid heat loss and thereby saving energy.
- Leak proof silicon door seal.
- Vacuum gauge with cock on top of the body
- Supplied with Stainless steel tray.
DOCUMENTATION
- Manual and SOP is provided with Vacuum Oven where IQ, OQ, PQ provided on demand.
- Calibration certificates for vacuum oven, which are traceable to national standards.
